RBC in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, is seeking a Branch Manager Advisor who blends financial advisory expertise with strong branch leadership. You will guide a team to deliver trusted client advice across everyday banking, investments and credit, while driving business growth and deeper client relationships.

You will lead with empathy, coach staff, and connect with the local community to foster inclusion and a high-performing team.

Formación

• Must have Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
• Completed Branch Compliance Officer course or be able to write exam within 4 months of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences by advising clients and utilizing RBC capabilities to provide suitable solutions.
• Promote digital enablement and encourage client self-service while maintaining advice-led service.
• Engage with clients inside and outside the branch, delivering complex advice and modelling leadership behaviors.
• Stay locally connected and actively participate in the community, motivating staff and partners to engage with clients and centers of influence.
• Strategically manage capacity of the Advisor team by aligning skills, mobility, and traffic flow to maximize client contacts.
