Job summary

goeasy is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in our Keswick, Ontario branch. You will set strategic direction, drive branch and portfolio goals, and push cross-sales of add-on products.

You’ll plan schedules, payroll, and admin tasks while delivering outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and email. You’ll monitor account health and ensure timely applications and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-functional team in a sales environment.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Experience in training a small team.
• Proficient with common software and able to adapt quickly.
• Ability to pass criminal, employment, and credit checks.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada full-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a vision and lead team to hit branch and portfolio goals.
• Plan schedules, administer payroll, and manage admin duties.
• Provide excellent customer experiences in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Assess customers' needs and match to financial products.
• Maintain portfolio health and prevent delinquencies.
• Obtain and secure all information to complete customer applications.
