Money Mart is seeking a Branch Manager in Canada to lead daily branch operations, coach staff, and drive sales performance while delivering exceptional customer service. You will ensure compliance, cash handling, and effective team management in a fast-paced retail finance environment.

You will guide a team to meet revenue goals, manage schedules, and foster community relationships, ensuring a secure, customer-focused experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail finance services or lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality customer sales experience by overseeing transactions and educating customers.
• Drive branch sales targets, review performance, and manage cross-selling opportunities.
• Promote and process loans, credit cards, and other services per policy.
• Explain product features, fees, terms, and renewal options clearly to customers.
• Ensure accurate data, compliant applications, and proper documentation.
• Maintain branch cash controls, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; ensure coverage and performance management.
• Develop local community presence and represent the branch in events.
