goeasy is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team and drive branch performance. You will build a strong sales culture, manage schedules and payroll, and ensure excellent customer interactions across in-person, phone, and email channels.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, excellent communication, and a focus on customer outcomes. This role offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities within a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in training and managing a small team.
• Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis; sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilités

• Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit branch and portfolio goals and capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Manage the health of your branch’s portfolio by ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing delinquency.
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
