Job summary

Sunrise Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager to lead Sandy Lake branch operations, overseeing deposits, loans, staff development, and community participation. You will drive performance, ensure policy compliance, and enhance member service excellence.

Responsibilities

Translate Operational Goals into individual action plans for branch staff in relation to the Strategic Plan.
Monitor branch lending activities to ensure credit decisions are evaluated, documented, and secured.
Monitor branch deposits and ensure procedures meet regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with HR on hires/terminations to secure motivated staff.
Assist HR with training programs and staff development; manage performance; monthly coaching.
Translate strategic planning goals into operational branch objectives.
Market, develop, and service business accounts through member/non-member relations.
Prepare annual analysis of branch capital assets and annual branch requests.
Prepare and analyze reports for VP Branch Operations; participate in campaigns and committees.
Interpret branch procedures and lending policies; ensure internal controls over deposits and lending are observed.
Manage the Branch Marketing Budget to support local initiatives.
Develop branch processes to ensure high-quality member service.
Support marketing plans to grow the branch as per business plan.
Promote a sales-and-service culture by coaching staff to recognize opportunities and build relationships.
Demonstrate commitment to member relationships and community engagement.
