Job summary

E.H. Price Solutions seeks a Branch Manager in Hamilton, Ontario to oversee daily office operations and lead cross-functional teams toward regional growth.

You will set branch goals in collaboration with Regional Management and drive performance across sales, service quality, and infrastructure development. The role requires 7–10 years of market experience, a Mechanical Engineering background, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service driven, with a strong sales record.
• Ability to interpret financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
• University degree or College diploma in Mechanical Engineering specialization required.
• 7-10 years relevant market experience.
• Strong computer software skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationships and team player.
• Ability to build, lead, and motivate a successful team.
• Be able to self-motivate and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office activities and lead the team to achieve Branch goals.
• Develop, inspire and motivate staff; set budgets and drive results.
• Plan and implement short- and long-term strategies to grow the Hamilton office.
• Improve service, product and systems to meet client expectations.
• Interview, hire and establish ongoing staff development plans.
• Maintain market knowledge and regulatory awareness; manage HR and marketing needs.
• Lead by example with drive, resilience and coaching.
• Grow warehouse sales into a self-sufficient business unit.
