Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team by delivering exceptional customer interactions and achieving operational excellence.
• Maintain scheduling to meet customer demands and ensure policies are followed.
• Collaborate with One TD partners to serve customers effectively.
• Assist frontline staff in resolving complaints per problem-resolution guidelines; act as escalation point.
• Coach team on advisory and customer-conversation strategies to improve service.
• Lead team to monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues.
• Handle complex daily branch administrative duties.
• Maintain customer areas per premises, marketing, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead a high-performing team with ongoing performance feedback and development.
