Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Customer Experience Associate at Taunton & Westney in Ajax, Ontario, part-time (18.75 hours/week). You will be the face of our branches, delivering exceptional service and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

You will build relationships, uncover needs, introduce digital banking options, process daily transactions, and contribute to branch targets in a friendly, customer-focused environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement.
• Willing to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable in simple sales situations.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to our customers.
