Job summary

The Burger’s Priest in Barrie is seeking a Supervisor for the Mapleview Barrie location to lead and coach the restaurant team, ensuring absolute service and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role involves opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash deposits, placing orders and inventory, and maintaining a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of leadership experience and a Food Handler certification or willingness to certify.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team but can complete tasks independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a hot environment.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

What We Are Looking For From You

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
