The Burger’s Priest in Hamilton is looking for a Supervisor to lead our team at the Hamilton location. You will train and coach staff, manage shifts, and uphold our standard of ABSOLUTE service while maintaining a positive work environment.

We value passionate, friendly leaders who can balance teamwork with independent tasks, handle cash, inventory, and guest concerns, and grow with a fast-paced burger operation in Canada’s vibrant restaurant scene.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of experience leading a team.
• Food Handler Certification, or willingness to certify.
• Able to work mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team but can work independently when needed.
• Maintains composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Train and coach the team below you to provide "ABSOLUTE" service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

What We Are Looking For From You

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
