About this Position
Working within the Events, Theatre and Hospitality Services , this is a flexible position whose work schedule is variable and may include an irregular schedule of not less than three (3) hours per shift and up to thirty-five (35) hours per week.
Our Box Office staff is our voice for Box Office telephone enquiries. Box Office staff also facilitates online, offline and in-person ticket sales through the Box Office at the Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts (TCPA). During an event the Box Office staff is in direct contact with our guests and can oftentimes be the first point of contact. Our Box Office staff demonstrate a pleasant and professional attitude towards our patrons as they work in a variety of event environments to accommodate the multiple methods of ticket sales, using the Taylor Centre’s ticketing software Accesso Showare.
Salary: $15.45 - $ 19.44 per hour
