Job summary

CHANEL Canada ULC. Oakridge Park Boutique in Vancouver is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and direct all operations across three divisions, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

You will manage SOPs, systems, and tools, while leading a high-performing team and maintaining inventory integrity. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Boutique Director, with responsibilities including budget forecasting, after-sales care, and ensuring boutique standards.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with different departments and teams.
• Strong skills in managing and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the operations functions for all 3 divisions within the Boutique to maximize productivity.
• Ensure secure and accurate use of cash register, opening, balancing, closing and deposits where applicable.
• Maintain inventory integrity and optimize stock across divisions; perform cycle counts and annual inventory checks.
• Lead boutique operations, projects and change management to support elevated client service.
• Manage Chanel et Moi after-sales, including repairs and in-store servicing while maintaining client experience.
