Job summary

Aspire General Insurance Services seeks an experienced Claims BI/Litigation Supervisor to lead our Bodily Injury and Litigation claims teams. You will provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to ensure claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.

This leadership role requires deep P&C claims expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Property & Casualty claims experience.
• Experience leading BI/Litigation and supervising adjusters.
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume environment.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to BI/Litigation adjusters.
• Lead team meetings and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Recruit, train, onboard and develop claims talent.
• Approve settlements within authority and monitor performance.
• Review claims for coverage, liability, reserve adequacy and handling quality.
• Monitor litigated claims, deadlines, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Respond to escalated customer concerns and improve processes.
