Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of external adjusters on outsourced claims.
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate high-complexity bodily injury claims.
• Manage challenging coverage claims with tact and professionalism.
• Timely, accurate reserving in line with corporate protocols.
