Job Opportunity: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing an excellent customer experience by interacting with customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
  • Listening to customers and probing as appropriate to discover needs while fulfilling customer expectations in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Providing general account, billing, and technical support to customers.
  • Processing service orders.
  • Maintaining accuracy of customer databases.
  • Assisting with reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining service levels and achieving business and performance goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of tools and techniques for resolving technical issues.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems; experience with MAC and Linux is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
