Bilingual Customer Service Representative - French Canadian

OneTouch Direct is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - French Canadian to join our team in Tampa. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our French Canadian customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Assist with order processing, payments, and returns
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments
• Maintain accurate customer records and update customer accounts as needed

• Fluency in French Canadian and English
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Full time. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday schedule
