What You Will Do
  1. Assist partners in initiating, preparing, reviewing, and issuing invoices to clients for specified request types.
  2. Support team members within the National Billing or Client Service teams with billing inquiries and requests.
  3. Coordinate and finalize billing schedules with engagement partners, set up and maintain schedules in IBS, and edit draft bills as necessary.
  4. Review engagement letters to assess billing impacts, including schedule and terms.
  5. Prepare detailed WIP analyses, SOE reviews, and facilitate meetings with partners for billing requests.
  6. Support Accounts Receivable activities to ensure timely invoice payments.
  7. Finalize and approve bills within IBS upon partner requests.
  8. Process bill adjustments, such as credit notes and reversals, in consultation with engagement partners.
  9. Participate in change management initiatives to standardize billing processes across geographies and teams.
  10. Engage professionally with team members to meet turnaround targets and maintain high service levels.
  11. Collaborate effectively to complete work and implement efficiencies.
What You Bring To The Role
  1. Educational background and/or experience in data processing, business, or administration.
  2. Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, preferably SAP, in a professional services environment.
  3. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  4. Flexibility to support partners across Canada with varying schedules.
  5. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  6. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to maintain a positive attitude, work under stress, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
  8. Resilience and adaptability to tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  9. Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality of work.
