What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all offices, resolving issues related to statistical data or billing
  2. Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs effectively
  3. Analyze and reconcile billing discrepancies, generating clear financial reports based on specific customer requests
  4. Manage and input Sales Associate demographic information and statistical data related to commissions and transactions
  5. Account for all Franchise Income orders to ensure timely revenue recognition

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  2. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize workload
