Job summary

Rentsync seeks a skilled Territory Sales Representative, Quebec to join our diverse Sales Team and drive growth for our product lines. Fluency in English and French (written and verbal) is required. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for candidates across Canada, with preferred attendance in Toronto or Montreal two days per week.

Base salary ranges from 70,000 to 80,000 CAD per year, with total on‑target earnings (OTE) from 100,000 to 140,000 CAD when targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Business Development, Economics or similar.
• At least 1 year in strategic prospecting or lead generation.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Own sales cycles for a dedicated set of products and services.
• Handle inbound leads from marketing and referrals.
• Prospect and hunt for new opportunities and clients.
• Strategic prospecting via calls, emails and social outreach to book meetings.
• Grow Quebec accounts with strong client relationships and expansion opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services across the portfolio.
• Deliver technical demonstrations to clients and prospects.
• Report to the VP of Sales on targets, progress and pipeline using HubSpot.
