Job summary

ClaimsPro LP - Shared Services in Laval, Quebec seeks a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst for a contract-hybrid role. You will migrate users to a new domain and support company software/hardware in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process support requests; maintain ownership of incidents until resolved.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and servers in Windows environment.
• Install, configure and maintain peripherals and network hardware.
• Document configurations and operating standards and practices.
• Implement and monitor security policies.
• Perform data backup and recovery; hardware/software upgrades as required.
• Configure and troubleshoot Exchange email.
• Occasional evenings and weekend work may be required.
• Participate in small to medium infrastructure/software projects with team members.
• Communicate project progress to IT stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and assist with mitigation.
