Job summary

Concentrix in Belleville, ON is hiring a Customer Service / Tech Support Representative. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist with accounting software setup, and answer product and billing inquiries while delivering exceptional service to small businesses.

The role supports bilingual English/French communications and requires high school completion. Employees receive base pay of C$25.00 per hour plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant technical support experience with hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, repair, etc., one year or more preferred
• Speak and Write in Both English and French
• Assist our customers in both French and English
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have at least one year customer service experience
• Experience with Data Entry for Banking, Tax Filing and Business Workflows
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
• Able to rotate shifts, as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide account maintenance and status updates (Accounting Software)
• Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature; including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products. Troubleshooting Expected Errors
• Answer product & billing inquiries
• Assist Customers in accounting software setup
• Provide exceptional customer service to small businesses with their financial program.
• Provide cross or base-up sales when appropriate
• Solve discrepancies for standard business workflows, and customize and fix non-standard setup for business workflows
