Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls by delivering unparalleled customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and manage related to each client’s account.
• Promote self-service by guiding customers through available online tools or mobile app.
• Send documents or copies of policies to clients.
• Address various customer needs such as re-enrollment after cancellation and problem resolution.
