Job summary

Cascades is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Supervisor in Toronto to lead recruitment across English-speaking Canada. You will drive strategy, coach a small team, and partner with regional leaders to ensure timely, high-impact hiring. This role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder management, and strong analytics.

Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with a focus on collaboration with Quebec and USA teams and a travel-friendly, mostly remote work model.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruitment operations across the English-speaking provinces of Canada.
• Balance requisition workload and hiring priorities.
• Coach, develop, and support a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors & Coordinators.
• Monitor service levels, hiring timelines, and team performance.
• Support complex, strategic, and hard-to-fill recruitment mandates.
• Manage escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Partner closely with other Talent Acquisition Supervisors for Quebec & USA to ensure alignment.
• Identify process improvements and lead implementation projects.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR Marketing to build and optimize regional talent attraction and employer branding strategies.

Your Role

As Bilingual Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:

• Lead day-to-day recruitment operations across the English-speaking provinces of Canada
• Balance requisition workload and hiring priorities
• Coach, develop, and support a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Advisors & Coordinators
• Monitor service levels, hiring timelines, and team performance
• Support complex, strategic, and hard-to-fill recruitment mandates
• Manage escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Partner closely with our 2 others Talent Acquisition Supervisors for Quebec & USA to ensure alignment and consistency
• Identify process improvements and lead implementation projects
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with our HR Marketing team to build, implement, and optimize regional talent attraction and employer branding strategies aligned with business and workforce planning needs
