Job summary

Dentalcorp is seeking an experienced recruitment professional in Canada to manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of dental practices. You will source, interview, and assess candidates, build pipelines, and partner with managers to meet regional hiring needs.

You will leverage recruiting systems, market insights, and diverse sourcing channels to deliver a positive candidate experience and strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Healthcare, retail, hospitality, agency recruitment, or multi-site, high-volume experience preferred.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and use recruitment data.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio of practices, hiring Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Practice Administrative professionals.
• Build talent pipelines and execute recruitment strategies that support regional hiring priorities and operational needs.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to attract qualified talent.
• Develop creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies for competitive markets and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Partner with Practice Managers, Regional Managers, and Operations leaders to understand hiring needs and share market insights.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
