Dentalcorp is seeking a Practice Recruitment Specialist to partner with a portfolio of dental practices, attracting and hiring Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Practice Administrative professionals across Canada. You will manage full-cycle recruitment and deliver a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Based in Alberta with remote flexibility, this 9‑month contract starts January 2027.
As a Practice Recruitment Specialist, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of dental practices to attract, assess, and hire clinical talent across roles such as Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Practice Administrative professionals. Reporting to the Manager, Practice Recruitment, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Through strong partnerships with Practice Managers, Regional Managers, and Operations leaders, you will build talent pipelines, lead sourcing strategies, share market insights, and help practices meet hiring goals while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
This Alberta-based remote role follows company policy and is a 9-month contract starting in January 2027. The successful candidate will be eligible for a completion bonus.
