You will develop talent pipelines and execute regional strategies to meet operational needs. The role requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and a candidate-centered approach, with Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Full bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field is an asset.
• 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio of practices.
• Source, engage, and hire Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Practice Administrative professionals.
