Recruiting in Motion is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) in Aurora, Ontario. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid work schedule (2 days on-site, 3 days WFH) with initial on-site training.

You will assist retail stores and central teams, handle inquiries in both languages, and support order management and deliveries. Salary range is $50,000–$55,000, plus comprehensive benefits and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Completed post-secondary education.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM, order management, inventory systems or online portals.
• Able to investigate discrepancies and interpret order quantities and tracking information.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage priorities.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, order management, print, or promotional products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use multiple systems to review store information, inventory, order history, and campaign details to identify and resolve issues.

• Coordinate with project management, warehouse, and internal support teams to address discrepancies and customer requests.
• Record customer communications, resolutions, and escalations accurately in tracking systems.
• Identify recurring problems, document solutions, and meet customer service KPIs and service-level expectations.
• Prioritize multiple customer requests while maintaining responsive, accurate service.

Our client is a nationally recognized Canadian leader in retail marketing services, print production, and campaign fulfillment, supporting some of Canada's most established retail and consumer brands.

They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Aurora-based team. This position supports retail stores and marketing programs by responding to inquiries, investigating order and delivery issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and navigate multiple business systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience or familiarity with CRM, order management, inventory systems, or online portals
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret order quantities and tracking information, and solve problems logically
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, order management, print, or promotional products is an asset
