Job summary

Jobless is seeking a Solution Advisor to join our pre-sales team in Toronto. You will demonstrate products, engage with prospects, and tailor solutions to customer needs in both English and Spanish. The role collaborates with product, sales, and business development to advance opportunities and win business.

You will deliver product trainings, prepare RFP/RFI responses, and support partners during key opportunities, while staying aligned with customer objectives and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution advisory preferred.
• Experience delivering product demos and trainings to customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Sodales products using standard content and scripts.
• Prepare and deliver customer-focused product trainings.
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses and submit to clients.
• Support partners during key opportunities and tender processes.
• Collaborate with sales, BD, product, and clients to drive solutions.
• Schedule demos, follow up with leads, and build action plans.
• Provide feedback to product teams from customer interactions.
• Develop reports, RFP responses, and brochures as needed.
