Job summary

Cascades is hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor - Skilled Trades in Vaughan/T Toronto area to lead the full recruitment cycle for skilled trades roles across multiple sites. You will partner with plant leadership to forecast talent needs and build strong pipelines while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

The role requires at least 3 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, with bilingual English/French being a strong asset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting skilled trades talent.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of GTA labour market and sourcing channels.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycle for skilled trades positions from intake to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and workforce planning.
• Source, engage, and build pipelines of skilled trades candidates.
• Develop engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns with talent attraction partners.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and guidance.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance.
