Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Sr. Site Management Associate (French Speaking) to oversee site management activities and ensure smooth operation of clinical trials at the site level.

You will coordinate internal and external meetings, provide administrative support for trials and Investigator Engagement, and manage documentation and eTMF updates across sites. This remote Canada role requires attention to detail and cross‑cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in clinical research.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
• Excellent computer skills with experience in a variety of software packages.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong self-management, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with clinical sites and patient recruitment support preferred.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a virtual team and across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
• Provide administrative support for clinical trials and Investigator Engagement.
• Support retention activities by liaising with sites to address high‑risk participants.
• Administrative support for trials: filing, signatures, invoice reconciliation.
• Document management: scan, fax, upload, eTMF maintenance.
• Support Site CDCs and CDA creation/follow‑up as needed.
• Assist Investigator Engagement systems and processes.
• Provide internal and external meeting support.
• Assist with site visit requests across Therapeutic Areas.
• Data entry of Vault Clinical Enrollment Metrics.
• Troubleshoot platform issues for DCT/referral capabilities (Florence, StudyTeam).
• Submit PO increases & support external customer interactions.
• Track diversity to inform pivoting strategies and outreach coordination.
