• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites (PI, site coordinators, staff).
• Provide guidance to site staff on study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies.
• Monitor site performance metrics and report updates to study teams.
