Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Sr. Site Management Associate (French Speaking) to support sponsor-dedicated sites in clinical trials, overseeing enrollment, maintenance, and DBL activities while collaborating with PIs and coordinators to keep trials on track.

You will ensure GMP/GCP compliance, TMF readiness, and effective site communications, using Veeva and sponsor systems to train sites and resolve complex issues, ensuring data quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
• Systems experience with Veeva and TMF highly preferred.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site contact for administration and logistics during enrollment and DBL.
• Collaborate with PIs and study coordinators to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure timely site support and proactive communication.
• Maintain TMF documentation for inspection readiness.
