Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to support end-to-end sales and order fulfillment for major North American grocery and foodservice accounts. This is a 100% office-based role requiring bilingual English/Mandarin and focusing on OTIF and inventory coordination.

You will coordinate with production, QA, warehouses, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery from orders through final delivery, with strong data analysis using Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, order fulfillment, sales operations, or supply chain coordination in food manufacturing/CPG.
• Experience managing high-volume, end-to-end order fulfillment for major grocery, retail, or foodservice accounts at provincial, national, or North American level.
• Ability to coordinate orders across multiple accounts, locations, and SKUs while meeting deadlines.
• Forecasting and demand planning experience; monitor trends and reconcile forecasts with inventory.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement skills; use Excel and data tools to improve efficiency.
• Understanding OTIF and ability to monitor and improve fulfillment performance.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Japanese is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment for major grocery and foodservice accounts, from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas production, warehouses, freight, logistics, and customers to move product from overseas to North America.
• Oversee high volume of orders across accounts, locations, and SKUs; prioritize tasks and address issues.
• Monitor sales activity and inventory levels; support demand planning and forecasting; align product availability with demand.
• Track order fulfillment and delivery performance (OTIF) and address delays or shortages.
• Manage retailer-specific shipping and delivery requirements; support deductions and chargebacks.
• Use Excel and other data tools to analyze sales, inventory, and operations; identify trends and risks.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Production, QA, Warehouse, and logistics to improve processes.
