Qualifications

• You have a college diploma or higher or an AEC in P&C insurance.
• You may also have a high school diploma plus three years of Canadian work experience.
• Proven customer service and communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on insurance choices and answer questions.
• Analyze needs, promote products, and propose solutions.
• Help home and auto customers select suitable coverage.
• Contribute to development and implementation of new initiatives.
