belairdirect in Laval is looking for an Associate, Sales and Customer Service to become a trusted advisor for Canadians protecting their assets. You will receive mentorship and training as you pursue your career goals, with recognition through an annual bonus plan and accelerated career path.

The role requires French language proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Training lasts three months, followed by evening shifts and occasional Saturdays.

• Salary range (but not limited to): 47,100 - 57,500
• Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance): 5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Your schedule:

• The training lasts three months:
• First two months: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Last month: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

After training, you will work an evening schedule of 40 hours/week:

• Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., plus every fourth Saturday in rotation.
• As a bonus, you will receive a premium for all your evening shifts.

Location

At belairdirect, you will enjoy a hybrid work model that allows you to balance your professional and personal life. This position is based at our Laval office (600 Rue Lucien-Paiement).

Please note that the starting date for this position is January 18 th , 2027.

What you'll do here:

• Play a key role in providing customers with the best possible insurance coverage for their most valuable assets by advising them throughout the process and answering their questions about our products so they can make informed choices.
• Analyze customer needs, promote products and services, and propose innovative choices and solutions.
• Help home and auto insurance customers choose from the various insurance solutions offered.
• Contribute to the development of new initiatives and support their implementation.

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong team spirit, ability to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues on various projects.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to empathize with others.
• You must speak French - Requires answering calls and providing service to a French-speaking clientele on a regular basis
• Customer-driven approach and an eagerness to put your listening and advising skills to good use with customers.
• Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously.
• Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance licence.
• No Canadian work experience is required, but you must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Please note that this is an inbound call centre position and we are looking for candidates who are willing to work evenings, Saturdays and occasional statutory holidays.
