Job summary

CGIC is looking for a Client service consultant in Quebec, working in a hybrid model across multiple locations. The role focuses on auto and property insurance sales, client care, and building a referral network. English is an asset while French is required for primary duties.

The position includes onboarding through a PRÊT program with 450 hours of training and a pathway to property and casualty licensing. Experience in an office setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of home and auto insurance products is an asset.
• Proficiency in French is essential to the duties, including servicing majority francophone clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto and property insurance to clients by identifying needs and building a sales network.
• Apply underwriting guidelines within binding authority to provide quotes and upsell other products.
• Contribute to sales growth by achieving individual targets and maintaining quality service.
• Provide exceptional client service, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate as needed.
• Support retention through referrals and effective communication with clients.
