Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (oral and written).
• Experience in customer service or client-facing role.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze data and apply guidelines to make recommendations.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rate assessments for new and existing businesses per guidelines.
• Address advisor inquiries re rates, renewals, and plan designs in English and French.
• Generate ad hoc reports for advisor inquiries as required.
• Support the annual renewal process as needed.
• Maintain and update benefit booklet wording.
