Job summary

Xplore Inc. is hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work remotely from home in Canada. You will support customers with account, billing and technical questions, process service orders, and maintain accurate databases.

A dedicated home office and a flexible schedule between 7:00am - 11:00pm Atlantic time are required. Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, customer-focused, reliable, and able to learn quickly through our training program.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
• Experience in a contact center is an asset.
• Strong customer focus and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience with courteous, knowledgeable service.
• Listen to customers and identify needs while complying with policies.
• Provide general account, billing and technical support.
• Process service orders and maintain customer databases.
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
