Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Montreal is seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter specialized in engineering and technical talent acquisition to join our team. You will recruit engineers across automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, and industrial engineering sectors.

Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment, screening candidates, and supporting offers and salary discussions to close top talent. Previous experience in engineering recruitment is preferred.

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards, and networking to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess technical experience, industry background, and overall fit.
• Build talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill engineering positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and concise assessments.
• Support offers, salary discussions, and candidate closing.
