Job summary

The Nation Municipality seeks a part-time Customer Service Attendant for the Sports Complex in Limoges, ON. You will greet visitors, handle payments, assist with program registrations, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility.

The role includes evenings and weekends and requires bilingual French/English communication. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or current student (minimum 18 years of age).
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience is an asset.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Responsibilities

Greet customers and respond to questions in person and by telephone.
Enter payments into the reservation system, sell passes, and balance petty cash.
Provide information on program registrations and maintain equipment inventories.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure customer safety and compliance with rules.
Perform housekeeping duties in the sports complex.
Support department with other duties as required.
