The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in a similar customer service role, and skills in data entry and keyboarding.

Job Description

The Mission Leisure Centre is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills to work on a part-time basis as a Registration Clerk Receptionist.

Employees in this position perform a variety of customer service and support functions at the Leisure Centre including switchboard, reception, processing of payments, registrations, facility bookings and admissions.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have completed high school (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar customer service environment. You will possess skills in a variety of relatedcomputer applications including data entry and keyboarding. You must have the ability to remain calm, courteous and tactful in demanding situations.

Additional Information

The 2025 rate for this CUPE position is $30.97 per hour plus a percentage in lieu of benefits. Employees in this position must be available for various shifts between the hours of 5:00 am and 10:00 pm includingevenings, weekends and some statutory holidays.

Please note this position will mainly work evenings and weekends.
