The role involves completing reconciliations and reporting within strict deadlines, collaborating with multiple internal departments and external partners. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess bilingual communication skills, and ideally have a degree in Business or Finance. The position offers a salary range of CA$46,000 to CA$55,000 per year and is full-time.

Qualifications

• 1 year related financial industry work experience.
• Knowledge of current operational procedures in the mutual fund and security industry.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete reconciliations required internally and by regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with internal and external departments to rectify outages.
• Ensure all exceptions are resolved by reporting deadlines.
