Job summary

You will investigate delinquent accounts, manage collections, assist clients in budgeting to avoid future delinquency, and ensure AML compliance where applicable. Strong English/French, analytical skills, and MS Office proficiency are required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate delinquent accounts in the assigned portfolio.
• Collect and administer the portfolio.
• Minimize monetary losses and protect investor/corporate image.
• Assist clients in budgeting and planning to correct delinquency.
• Assess and collect fees.
• Review bankruptcy and consumer proposals and file proofs of claim when required.
• Collect common expenses, strata liens, tax and utility arrears.
• Set up arrears settlement payments.
• Process new PAC information.
• Provide credit ratings and mortgage verifications.
