Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Bilingual QE Engineer to strengthen our Contact Center tools portfolio. The role focuses on QE for contact center platforms, automating UI and API tests, and advancing IVR/routing automation initiatives.

You will lead maintenance releases, collaborate in a scaled Agile environment, and work with Selenium, Postman, Karate, and modern tooling. French-speaking capabilities are required to test and validate features end-to-end.

Qualifications

• QE experience with contact center platforms.
• IVR/routing automation experience.
• Automation testing across UI and APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate).
• Agent desktop automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java core.

Key Skills:

Amazon Connect, French Speaking & Test Automation

Skill Required

• Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms.
• IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer, etc.
• Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate, etc. — any of them).
• Agent Desktop Automation.
• Java core.
• Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse), etc. Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
• French Speaking / Testing Capabilities.
