Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an experienced QA professional to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of QA experience in Banking Financial Services environments and will be proficient in manual testing and core banking concepts.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required for effective client interactions. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience in Banking Financial Services environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in manual testing (functional, UAT, regression).
• Good understanding of core banking concepts such as payments, cards, account lifecycle, transactions, customer onboarding, or lending.
• Experience with Agile Scrum delivery models.
• Proficiency with QA tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, and Confluence.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) required for client and UAT interactions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
