Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Bilingual QE Engineer to support Contact Center Tools. The role focuses on QE for contact center platforms, IVR/routing automation, and automation testing across UI and APIs, including agent desktop automation.

Strong Java core and French language testing capabilities are required. Experience with AWS Connect is a plus, and familiarity with Cyara, Hammer, Selenium, Postman, Karate, and standard ALM/SDLC tools will help drive quality in a structured, scaled

Qualifications

• QE experience for contact center platforms and related tooling.
• Experience with IVR routing automation and test automation across multiple layers.
• Automation testing across UI and APIs using common tools.
• Agent desktop automation capabilities and scripting.
• Strong Java core knowledge.
• Familiarity with AWS Connect and related services is a plus.
• French speaking and testing capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead QE efforts for maintenance releases and feature enhancements.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for UI and API layers.
• Collaborate on automation across contact center tooling and integration points.
• Provide technical guidance and participate in scaled Agile ceremonies.

Key Skills: Amazon Connect, French Speaking & Test Automation

• Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms.
• IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer etc.
• Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc- any of them).
• Agent Desktop Automation.
• Java core.
• Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc. Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
• French Speaking / Testing Capabilities
