Job summary

Cognizant is hiring an AWS Connect Tester (Bilingual English & French) to validate and assure quality for Amazon Connect contact center solutions. You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless cloud-based delivery in a hybrid Toronto setting.

You will develop test cases, validate call flows, IVR prompts, and multi-channel journeys, and verify integrations with AWS services and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience testing Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
• Hands-on testing of IVR systems, contact flows, and omnichannel journeys.
• Experience validating integrations with AWS services and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases for Amazon Connect solutions.
• Validate inbound/outbound call flows, IVR menus, queues, and agent experiences.
• Verify customer journeys across voice, chat, email, and other channels end-to-end.
• Test contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and integrations with AWS services and CRM platforms.
• Perform bilingual validation of prompts, responses, and content in English and French, including regression and UAT testing.
