Job summary

MTtalent is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Order Management for a medical devices client in Mississauga. You will manage the end-to-end order process across departments, ensuring accurate entry, status updates, invoicing, returns, and shipping inquiries. The role is hybrid with two in-office days, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French with strong written and verbal skills.
• 3+ years of customer service, ideally in order management or related environments.
• Experience handling physical product orders from entry to delivery; service-only not sufficient.
• Hands-on ERP/order management experience (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics NAV/BC).
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to minimize errors.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Manage the complete order cycle: entry, confirmations, status, invoicing, credits, returns, and shipping inquiries.
• Process orders accurately in ERP; keep customer/order data current.
• Provide clear information on orders, availability, returns, and deliveries.
• Review credit requests, invoice-only transactions, and returns per procedures.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse, and logistics to resolve issues.
• Provide order confirmations when requested.
• Assist with RFP responses as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties with accurate documentation.
