Job summary

MT Talent Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Client Account Representative (Pharma) in Mississauga, ON, operating in a hybrid model (3 days in-office). The role focuses on managing key healthcare accounts, coordinating programs, and delivering high-quality bilingual client support.

You will build relationships with manufacturers, hospitals, and healthcare partners, resolving issues and sharing performance data.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication.
• Post-secondary education; new graduates with relevant experience encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customer service, account coordination, order management, sales support, administration, or related client-facing role.
• Healthcare/pharma, medical distribution, hospital, or regulated industry experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using ERP, order-management, CRM, or similar business systems.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for an assigned portfolio of manufacturer, hospital, and healthcare partner accounts.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsive follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate account programs, product updates, onboarding activities, allocations, backorders, and special-order requirements.
• Prepare account information, performance data, reports, and presentation materials for recurring client meetings and business reviews.
• Work with customer service, finance, operations, logistics providers, and external stakeholders to keep activities running smoothly.
• Provide polished bilingual support in English and French, written and verbal.
• Support pricing and contracts for assigned streams and special accounts.

Salary: $58,000–$65,000 plus bonus and profit sharing

What Will You Do?

• Manage day-to-day activities for an assigned portfolio of manufacturer, hospital, and healthcare partner accounts.
