Job summary

Manulife's Insurance business unit is a leading provider of life insurance and wealth solutions in Canada. The New Business Case Coordinator supports Corporate, National, and Independent Advisor offices to ensure applications are processed promptly and smoothly.

As part of a hybrid team, you will manage assigned files, communicate with branches, and anticipate client needs through proactive outreach. Fluency in English and French is required to serve diverse clients across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (French & English) required for client support across jurisdictions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Build one-to-one relationships with their assigned branches by being a consistent point of contact for them during the New Business process.
• Proactively follow up on all pending cases to ensure service standards are being met.
• Anticipate the needs of their customers and make outbound calls, emails or new business notifications to keep them informed of the details that are important to them.
• Assume ownership of the files assigned, understand any urgency and assist in solving the problems that may prevent a file from moving through the process as quickly as possible.
